About
Fifteen years pricing risk in oil. Now I do it in property.
I spent the first half of my career as a petroleum engineer and operator across the Middle East and Central Asia, where a bad assumption doesn't cost you a commission — it costs a project. That's the discipline I brought to real estate.
I also co-founded and ran the technical side of Qaz Protectors, a Kazakhstan manufacturer supplying the oil and gas sector, from 2018 to 2022. Building a business from nothing teaches you what a balance sheet actually feels like — which is why I read a development's numbers the way an owner does, not the way a listing does.
Today I run Astana Real Estate in Abu Dhabi and Platinum Real Estate in Kazakhstan. I work directly with developers — Aldar, Modon, Emaar, DarGlobal and SAAS Properties — and I invest in the same markets I advise on.
I don't sell you a lifestyle. I show you the numbers, including the ones that argue against the deal.
Petroleum Engineering (KBTU), Supply Chain Management (MITx), and an INSEAD Global Executive MBA, class of January 2027. I work in English, Russian and Kazakh, with basic Arabic.
